Our Fine Print of Policy
- ACCEPTED PAYMENTS:We accept bank wires ($20,000 minimum), company checks, cashier checks, and your personal check.
- MJPM DOES NOT ACCEPT:Third party checks, i.e., the name/s on the check must match the name of the individual placing the order. *Exception: Legal or elected administrative/organizational officers are accepted.
- All buy and sell prices posted for precious metals, coin jewelry items and rare coins are "cash" prices. Because of the extreme volatility of the precious metals market, all MJPM prices reflect market trend INDICATIONS ONLY. Exact prices can only be confirmed, by phone, with a MJPM representative and receipt of a confirmation number. All transactions must have a MJPM confirmation number. MJPM Buy prices are for shipped items only, call for drop-off prices.
- Credit cards are ONLY accepted for COLLECTIBLE COINS and SOME COIN JEWELRY purchases. Credit card purchases must be shipped to the same address as the card-holder. Purchaser's shipping address and phone number must match and be listed with the issuing credit card company.
- Allow 5 to 15 business days for your personal check, company check, cashier's check to become "collected" funds. Due to the newly enacted Banking Secrecy Regulations, we are no longer able to contact your financial institution for funds verification. All bank-wire funds must be confirmed by our U.S. Bank representative and MJPM Incorporated prior to shipping. MJPM does not accept currency payment by mail.
- ALL TRANSACTIONS MUST BE CONFIRMED WITH A CONFIRMATION NUMBER FROM MJPM.COM. Upon placing your order, you MUST email MJPM with your name, shipping address, a daytime phone number, and your MJPM confirmation number within 24 hours of your trade for MJPM to have positive verification (and for your security) FOR YOUR TRADE TO BE CONFIRMED! Your confirmation number, email information, and a correctly dated United States Postal Service postmark (see legal) on the day of your trade guarantees the transaction price. MJPM does not accept any type of business **office-metered** marks...your payment with this type of postmark will be returned.
- AT MJPM WE CARE ABOUT YOUR SECURITY! All return addresses on incoming mail and packages to MJPM are shredded for your protection of privacy and security.

- After placing your order with MJPM you are required by the end of the business day to email your name, shipping address, phone number and your confirmation number for your precious metals trade to be confirmed. Your payment must be postmarked or bankwire completed within 24 hours of your trade.
- Your order will be shipped via fully insured United States Postal Service Insured Mail or Registered mail. Shipments will be held at your local post office if you are not at home or work to receive your package. The Post Office is required to leave you notification of their delivery attempt indicating both the day and time of the attempt. They are also required to make three attempts of delivery. During this time your package will be safely held at your local Post Office until you are able to go pick up the package and sign a receipt of proof delivery.

SELLING ONLY TAKES A MOMENT OF YOUR TIME!...simply call us for current prices for the items you wish to sell and upon your acceptance a confirmation number confirming your transaction (your confirmation number >>>locks-in and guarantees<<< your prices) will be given to you. IMPORTANT: YOUR PRECIOUS METALS/BULLION ITEMS MUST BE SHIPPED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR TRADE AND PROVIDED MJPM WITH THE PACKAGE TRACKING NUMBER. FOR YOUR SECURITY WE RECOMMEND shipping your items by U.S. REGISTERED MAIL. This method offers both insurance and tracking of your package (refer to our HOW TO SHIP section below). Upon receipt, MJPM will call to confirm your shipments safe arrival (please provide a contact medium) and issue your payment the same day! MJPM Inc. reserves the right to return any coin/s determined to be altered, counterfeit, spotted, damaged, excessively worn or having questionable authenticity. ***PLEASE!*** Sort your 90% silver coins by denomination into separate bags AND/OR securely tape coin tubes (silver rounds/eagles/dollars etc.) before shipping to MJPM.
MJPM sends your check free of charge by U.S.P.S. First Class mail. If you wish to receive your payment faster, we offer U.S.P.S. Priority Mail service for $15.00 or U.S.P.S. Overnight Mail service for $35.00 (next business day). MJPM is an extremely competitive buyer for all brand name gold, silver, platinum, and palladium coins and bars, better rare coins and paper money.

***HOW TO SAFELY SHIP YOUR COINS AND PRECIOUS METALS!***

Shipping your coins to MJPM is easy!... Shipping will only take a moment of your time. We recommend sending your coins, currency, precious metals and other valuables with a package value over $1,000.00 by United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) Registered Mail and Insured Mail for shipment value under $1,000.00 dollars. The U.S.P.S. is the proven safest method and importantly allows you to fully insure your items. Registered packages must be sealed with paper tape covering all seams on the box (MJPM recommends the use of nylon reinforcement tape) prior to covering the seams with paper tape. Be sure to secure your items so they do not rub against one another or rattle when the box is handled. By using adequate packing inside your box, the contents will arrive undamaged, in addition to not revealing the box contents.
***SHIPPING UPDATE*** For HEAVY or BULK silver shipments, we recommend obtaining a FLAT RATE box from the Post Office (see photo below). They offer a couple of box size choices, we recommend the box that measures approximately 12" x 10" x 6" deep and when sealed/taped properly will hold as much as 65 pounds! The flat rate box can be shipped with insurance AND registration or just insurance for an additional charge. To ship 65 pounds of silver fully insured by U.S. registered mail costs around $35.00, its the best deal on the planet for insured/trackable shipping!

Credit card charges are non-refundable on all purchases.
All uncertified coins are sold with an unconditional seven day return policy on the purchase price with the exception of Pre 1933 U.S. Gold coins which are bought and sold based upon daily gold market prices and changing daily market conditions.
Any transaction involving a "negotiated price" is considered a final sale.
All returns must be in our original, untampered holder and must be accompanied with the original sales invoice. Any item removed from its holder is non-returnable.
A return to MJPM Inc. is the sole responsibility of the buyer. All coins and paper money are guaranteed genuine. All items are subject to prior sale.
Returns are accepted on all coin jewelry items. Shipping and handling, credit card fees are non-refundable. Special order and custom work items are non-refundable.
